Troy has over 23 years of accounting, finance, and business administration experience supporting a variety of small to large-sized businesses. He has spent the last 13 years working for companies that directly support the DOD, DHS, HHS, and other various federal government agencies and programs. His vast knowledge of federal contract accounting, administration, and operations support Rivera Group by maintaining strict controls and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Troy’s background also includes 7 years of audit experience with the ‘Big 4’ accounting firm of KPMG in Louisville, KY, where he served a variety of businesses in manufacturing and other service sectors. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a practicing CPA in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Troy is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Infantry. He manages all aspects of Rivera Group’s Finance organization.
