As head of human capital, Christopher is responsible for ensuring a people-focused approach to managing the organization’s human resources. With close to 20 years of professional experience in talent management programming, 12 years of which have been in software development firms, Christopher believes that a world-class culture is the driving force behind business success.
Prior to joining Rivera Group, Christopher served as Vice President, Global Talent Management, for a privately-held software firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. As an expat to Ireland, he created and led the company’s global talent management initiatives and supervised the talent operations group including the regional HR management, talent acquisition, and learning and development functions that supported employees in 13 countries across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
Christopher is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) in the United States and through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Associate CIPD) in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in French from Old Dominion University and a post-graduate degree in Arts in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
Christopher leads the Human Capital team that includes both talent operations and talent acquisition.
